The double face of the reality from the border we lived everyday, here in Tijuana, with the overwhelming indifference, by one side the coldness of an incompetent government, the I don’t care syndrome of a population, full to seek all the resources to subsist and the indolence of a country immensely rich that does not have but interest in the life to preserve their supremacy before the calamities -it does not matter- on which indigent countries belongs.
La doble cara de la realidad de una frontera la vivimos, aquí en Tijuana, con la indiferencia más apubullante, por una lado la displicencia de un gobierno incompetente, el importamadrismo de una población harta de buscar medios para subsistir y la indolencia de un país inmensamente rico que no tiene más interés en la vida que preservar su hegemonía ante las calamidades -no importa cuales sean- de otros paises menesterosos como el nuestro.
