No podía ser de otra manera, como olvidar que el arte sobrevive en la balanza de la oferta y la demanda, aquel lirismo del dadá o aquellos ideales conceptuales de los sesenta que intentaron (sin hacer mucho esfuerzo) alejar el arte de los museos, de las galerías, del mercado, que “anhelaron” destituir su objetivo innegable de bien de consumo, terminaron reintegrándose al mercado mediante la venta del concepto, de la imagen (el documento, el boceto, el video, la fotografía, el film, etc.). Un producto tan valioso para el marchante no se le podía permitir permanecer tanto tiempo inmerso en idealismos.
It could not be otherwise, as to forget that the art survives in the scale of the offer and the demand, that lyricism of the dadá or those conceptual ideals of the sixties that tried (without doing a lot of effort) to move away the art of the museums, of the galleries, of the market, that “they wished for” to dismiss their undeniable objective of well of consumption, they finished being returned to the market by means of the sale of the concept, (the document, the sketch, the video, the photography, the film, etc.) A valuable product for the art dealer could not be permitted to remain so much time immersed in idealisms.
